The Agence Départementale d’Information sur le Logement (ADIL) gives free legal and financial advice to people on the subject of housing and accommodation. As part of a wider policy regarding young adults, the ADIL now has a specific mission to help young people with any housing issues or question, something which may be particularly relevant now, at the start of the new academic year.
Experts are on hand to give free legal and financial advice, and the ADIL’s team of advisers can help technical aspects such as finding accommodation, deposits, inventories, giving notice, rent increases, fees, etc etc.
The ADIL can also provide information about local or national schemes such as the loca-pass, housing benefits, special loans like the Prêt Jeune Avenir, the GRL (Garantie des Risques Locatifs), etc…
