On Saturday 7th november, Alain Lambert inaugurated the prestigious boutique-hotel ‘Côté Parc’ in Rémalard. Created by the famous TV presenter, Pascal Bataille and his wife Adra, this new establishment not only offers several luxury holiday apartments but also a boutique, a spa and tea rooms.

‘Côté Parc’ was born from a new and vibrant take on the tourism industry - based on the quest for excellence coupled with an environmentally aware approach. Pascal Bataille wanted to create “…an oasis of peace, where everything is orderly and beautiful, voluptuous, luxurious and tranquil”.

Alain Lambert remarked during the inauguration “I have much admiration for those who, despite the risks, the difficulties and the impenetrable paperwork, choose to embark on such an entrepreneurial adventure. It’s up to us to help them in any way we can and to lighten their administrative burden so that they can concentrate on what they do best. I know that we have a long road ahead of us, and many obstacles to overcome, but our objective is clear… to make the Orne a department where business works!”
