For Saturday night’s « Pierres en lumières dans l’Orne », the County Council opened its doors to the public and hosted its first concert of choral music. Over 250 visitors came to hear the enchanting melodies and harmonies of the Schola de l’Orne as they sang in the central hall of the Lyautey Barracks…

The Orne is a county with a plentiful supply of water. However it is important to stay vigilant about this precious resource, which is why we have a County Water Syndicate. The members of the syndicate are charged with overseeing water use and management so that we are able to pass on a prosperous land to future generations.
